IIT Jodhpur – Vacancies for the posts of Medical Officers and Staff Nurse, Apply Now – June 2013

Applications on prescribed form are invited from Indian Nationals for a contractual appointment initially for one year extendable to a maximum period of 3 years with revised remuneration after yearly review on satisfactory performance for the Academic and Residential Campuses of IIT Jodhpur located (1) at Kendranchal Colony, GPRA Premises, Vivek Vihar, Pali Road Jodhpur and (2) at BSNL Colony, Subhash Nagar, Jodhpur.

Medical Officer

Number of Posts: 04 (3- males and 1 Female preferably Gynecologist)

Qualification and Experience: MBBS with Compulsory Rotatory Internship with experience of three years in a recognized Hospital or PG Diploma in relevant branch of Medicine with experience of one year in a recognized hospital or MD/MS in concerned branch of Medicine.

Selection Procedure: Based on personal interview of the shortlisted candidates

Remuneration: Rs. 40000/- per month (Consolidated)

Duty Hours: In shift by rotation.

Staff Nurse

Number of Posts: 03 (Three)

Qualification and Experience: Degree in General Nursing and Midwifery or B.Sc (Nursing) of a recognized Institute.

Desirable: Minimum 1 year experience in a hospital recognized by the Central or State Nursing Council.

Selection Procedure: Written examination and personal interview of shortlisted candidates

Remuneration: Rs. 12500/- per month (Consolidated)

Duty Hours: In shift by rotation
